Most common Frequently Asked Questions that Drywall Junkies receives.

Drywall Junkies recieves alot of questions regarding the order process, cross branding, collaborations and shipping. A collection of all of these Frequently Asked Questions can be found below. For further inquires please feel free to fill out the contact us form. 

The amount of time that it takes in order for you to receive your order will depend on multiple factors. These factors include whether the items are currently in stock or whether they need to be produced, where you are ordering from/where your order is being shipped to, as well as any postal delays.

After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number which is where you will receive updated information on the shipping of your order and the expected delivery date.

The price for shipping your order will be determined at checkout. There are factors that could vary the pricing such as whether your are local (in Canada), the US or whether it’s being shipped overseas.

You will have 30 days for any returns or exchanges.

For custom orders, we can only accept returns on defective products.

Shipping costs for any returns or exchanges will be at the expense of the customer. If you’re unhappy with the quality of your order, please contact us at info@drywalljunkies.ca

You absolutley can add your companies logo to the swag!! We have a form on our website that you can fill in with the details of your custom cross-branding order. It also outlines the process for you.

You absolutely do NOT have to customize your Junkie Gear! If you just want to shop our existing swag that has the Drywall Junkies logo, just hit the “Shop Now” button at the top of your page.

If you would like a different brand and/or color option aside from the items that we currently stock, this would be considered a custom order. As such, this would mean that there is a minimum quantity that would need to be ordered and paid in full by the customer for this customization. The minimum quantity would be dependent on the item and specific brand requested.

If you’re not interested in purchasing the required minimum quantity amount, you can email over your brand and color suggestion for the item to Info@DrywallJunkies.com that we would make note of for any Special Edition Launches down the road. If your suggestion is chosen for a Special Edition Launch, we will reach out to you and let you know when it will be available.

There are two questions that are asked when you request to join the Drywall Junkies Private Group on Facebook.

Those questions are:

  • Are you currently employed in any of the skilled trades? If so, what is your position/title?
  • Can you discuss topics in a mature fashion where what you say will not insult other group members?
