Hi, My name is Kyle Catling and I’ve been in the drywall trade for 17 years and counting. I started my career in Windsor Ontario in the union local 494. From there I moved to Fort McMurray spending close to 3 years building the city, houses and working in the industrial sector in the oil sands. While in Fort McMurray, I had the privilege of meeting different trades men and women from around the world. That’s when I decided to create Drywall Junkies / Steel Stud Addicts. I now reside in Calgary AB, where I continue to work on building the group up through treating our members with respect and keeping content relevant to the drywall world. I wanted to create a discussion group that would allow my experience and knowledge to blend with the experience that many others have gained throughout their years in the trade as well.
Fast forward to today, Drywall Junkies has surpassed 52.4k members and continues to grow worldwide.

Custom Order / Cross-Branding Process
In this step you will provide us with contact information, project details and your company logo.
View our catalogue, choose the swag that you would like cross-branded, go over logo sizes, placement, your apparel colors sizes and quantities.
In this step you will review final designs and order details, we will make revisions when needed. You’ll then approve your order and submit payment.
Finally, your order will be shipped out to you! Once you receive your order, we would love it if you’d share photos of your crew with their new custom gear!

Frequently Asked Questions
The amount of time that it takes in order for you to receive your order will depend on multiple factors. These factors include whether the items are currently in stock or whether they need to be produced, where you are ordering from/where your order is being shipped to, as well as any postal delays.
After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number which is where you will receive updated information on the shipping of your order and the expected delivery date.
The price for shipping your order will be determined at checkout. There are factors that could vary the pricing such as whether your are local (in Canada), the US or whether it’s being shipped overseas.
You will have 30 days for any returns or exchanges.
For custom orders, we can only accept returns on defective products.
Shipping costs for any returns or exchanges will be at the expense of the customer. If you’re unhappy with the quality of your order, please contact us at info@drywalljunkies.ca
You absolutley can add your companies logo to the swag!! We have a form on our website that you can fill in with the details of your custom cross-branding order. It also outlines the process for you.
You absolutely do NOT have to customize your Junkie Gear! If you just want to shop our existing swag that has the Drywall Junkies logo, just hit the “Shop Now” button at the top of your page.
If you would like a different brand and/or color option aside from the items that we currently stock, this would be considered a custom order. As such, this would mean that there is a minimum quantity that would need to be ordered and paid in full by the customer for this customization. The minimum quantity would be dependent on the item and specific brand requested.
If you’re not interested in purchasing the required minimum quantity amount, you can email over your brand and color suggestion for the item to Info@DrywallJunkies.com that we would make note of for any Special Edition Launches down the road. If your suggestion is chosen for a Special Edition Launch, we will reach out to you and let you know when it will be available.
There are two questions that are asked when you request to join the Drywall Junkies Private Group on Facebook.
Those questions are:
- Are you currently employed in any of the skilled trades? If so, what is your position/title?
- Can you discuss topics in a mature fashion where what you say will not insult other group members?

Drywall Junkies Swag orders are shipped with Canada Post.
Standard local, national and international shipping rates are applied at checkout.
For international and oversea orders, duty and tax fees may be applied and expected from the customer.
